The project was brought in-house after years of being produced by an external agency, creating an opportunity to rethink the content structure and overall user experience.
One of the biggest challenges came when transitioning from a traditional letter-size format to a smaller publication. This required difficult decisions about what information mattered most and how to present it more effectively.
I worked closely with admissions and campus partners to reorganize content, refine information hierarchy, and create a flexible editorial system that could evolve from year to year.
The result was a more intentional publication that improved readability while maintaining consistency across undergraduate and graduate versions. Each annual edition has become an opportunity to refine the system, making it a rewarding exercise in continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.
